RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of live aquatic plants, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect item selection, or issues caused by tank conditions or plant care after delivery. Returns are not accepted as plants cannot be resold once shipped. However, if any plants arrive dead, we will replace only the plants that are dead. Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery, and clear photos of the unopened package and affected plants are required. Slight melting, leaf drop, or transition stress is normal as plants adapt to new water conditions and is not considered Dead on Arrival. We carefully package all plants to ensure freshness during transit, but delivery delays or extreme weather are outside our control. Please ensure you are available to receive your order promptly, and contact us if you have any concerns—we are happy to assist to help your plants thrive.
