At Aquascape Hub, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. We currently dispatch parcels on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, with public holidays occasionally affecting our schedule. All orders are sent using priority courier services to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

To help avoid delays, we recommend using a physical street address at checkout, as couriers do not always accept Parcel Lockers or PO Boxes. If you do need your order delivered to a PO Box, we can arrange this for an additional $10 fee—just contact us before placing your order.

For same-week dispatch, orders must be placed before the weekly cut-off time. Customers in NSW, QLD, VIC, and ACT should order before 8:00am Wednesday, while customers in South Australia should order before 7:30am Wednesday. Orders are processed in the order they are received, but if you need your order sent urgently or held back, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

All parcels are shipped with Authority to Leave instructions so they can be delivered as quickly as possible without being taken back to a depot. If you would prefer signature on delivery instead, please let us know prior to dispatch. While we’re happy to pass on any delivery instructions to the courier, we cannot guarantee they will always be followed.

We take great care when packaging our live plants to ensure they arrive in healthy condition. Our plants are packed to stay safe for several days during transit. However, due to Australian biosecurity regulations, we are currently unable to ship live plants to Western Australia, Tasmania, or the Northern Territory. We will update this if restrictions change in the future.

We also offer free shipping on all orders over $100 across our website. This promotion is automatically applied at checkout. If you experience any issues with free shipping, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
